How to Search for Items or Shops on Happyn

Searching for Listings

1. Go to the Search page.
2. Type keywords into the search bar — listing titles and descriptions are searched automatically.
3. Browse the results and click any listing to view details.

Results are location-aware: if you have an event or profile location set, nearby vendors appear first.

Using Filters to Narrow Results

Use the filter panel to refine your search results. Available filters include:

• Category — photography, catering, florals, entertainment, and more
• Listing type — product, service, or digital
• Event type — wedding, birthday, corporate, etc.
• Price range — set a minimum and/or maximum budget
• Location — search for vendors near your event or a specific address
• Delivery / availability date — find vendors who can fulfill by your event date

Filters can be combined — for example, searching for "florals" under $500 available by a specific date near your venue.

Browsing Vendor Storefronts

Each vendor on Happyn has a storefront page where you can view all their listings, read reviews, and contact them directly.

• Browse all vendors at Happyn Folk
• Visit a vendor's storefront directly at happyn.com/folk/[vendor-name]
• Use the Contact button on any storefront to send the vendor a message before purchasing

Search Tips

• Start broad and use filters to narrow — searching "photographer" and then filtering by location and date is more effective than a very specific search term
• Browse by category on the home page if you're not sure what you're looking for yet
• If you have an event set up in My Events, your event date and location can pre-fill search filters automatically
• Check a vendor's ratings and reviews before booking to get a sense of their reliability and quality
