How to Purchase an Item on Happyn

Step 1: Find What You Need

Browse and search for listings across Happyn:

• Use the Search page to find listings by keyword, category, or location
• Browse vendor storefronts at /folk to explore all available vendors
• Explore categories on the home page to find inspiration

Click any listing to view full details — pricing, photos, description, available options, and vendor information.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Once you've found a listing you'd like to purchase:

1. Select any options or add-ons (if available)
2. Click Add to Cart
3. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout

Your cart groups items by vendor so you can review everything before paying. You can purchase from multiple vendors in a single checkout.

Step 3: Checkout

Checkout is a guided multi-step process. The steps you see depend on what's in your cart:

You'll review your full order — items, totals, and details — before confirming payment.

Step 4: Payment

Happyn uses Stripe to process all payments securely. Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on Happyn's servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe.

After You Purchase

• You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details
• Your order is available in My Purchases
• For service bookings, the vendor will confirm your inquiry — you won't be fully charged for the service balance until after the event is completed
• For digital items, we'll email the delivery address you confirmed at checkout and your files will appear under My Purchases. Ready-made digital goods are delivered automatically within moments of payment, while made-to-order (custom) digital items arrive once the vendor uploads them. You can re-download your files anytime from your account. Because you receive the files directly, delivered digital items can't be returned.
